Faulty Handset not received after a long time (50days)

Dear Sir,

I was facing problem with speaker/headphone in my Micromax Q75 mobile, so I bring it to service center and deposited on 20/06. But, still now it is not reached in Siliguri (from Kolkata, as per service center executives). what is the maximum time limit they will take to repair a mobile? Should I buy new mobile without waiting for their service engineer? Since it is long time gone.
