I purchase micromax mobile and i have not getting any respond AND SERVICE

I summit ed my Q5 mobile at your Baroda center on 26-08 with job

shit no 559981.

Mobile IMEI No 910040053775792.

Since then it has been 3 month and not receive my mobile as well as

response from your service center.

Baroda person says your mobile is at Ahmadabad and not a single person

receiving a call from Ahmadabad.

So please guide me what i can do.
