Non replacement of defective battery

Dear sir,

i regret to buy a micromax G4 mobile, its battery spoiled last month while mobile purchase on 18.11.2010.although under warranty period i have given this battery for replacement on 21.06.2011 at carezone_jodhpur@mmxcheckpoint.com but till date no responce.
