Micromax Service Center - WORST SERVICE

I had given my Micromax Q7 model mobile for repairing to authorised service center "Raj Mobile", Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 21.1.2012. Request no. is W0304200112-558321. R1201FM0612895. I haven't yet received any call from them and now i heard that this service center is closed last month. I called up 9987898447 (raj mobile), person said my mobile is given to company i do not have. kindly advise what to do.

Akshay Kumar Shouldn't do branding for this kind of WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
