I have deposited the mobile (M2) in your service centre 2 months back for service as it is not working. stil now i have not received my mobile from the service centre. I loged a complaint and the complaint number is 1609113238, 4 months back i purchased the mobile, out of these 4 moths i kept 2 months my mobile in your service centre - without a obile for 2 months how can i stay .. this is rediculas behaviour of the team. Please resolve this issue ASAP - If not i am going to book the complaint in Cosumer court. Going forward I suggest to my frds and famly to NOT TO purchase the Micromax products.
