Complaint on mobile service

I purchased a mobile (MICROMAX X220) aftter 2 months mobile strip not working i gave it in micromax service centre still two 40 days over service centre people saying that spareres are peniding from company itself. If the manufacturer is unable to provide the spares then why we have to promote that company in india.

If they are unable to provide the spares they have to replace the mobile.
