WARRANTY SERVICE OF HANDSET

I have purchased Micromax Q5 handset from FAST INFORMATION CENTRE-II, Stall No.310B, Metropolis, High Land Park, Kolkata-700094 on 2/5. Since 25th June my phone is shown in headset mode constantly & couldn't be changed into general mode. So my phone is being used only by headset. I have contacted respective Service Centre in kolkata for warranty service but they refused to do so & asked for pay service even after only one month lapsed for buying the same.
