Micro Max Q5 Mobile
Unable to attend the call without loudspeeka

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchase the Two mobile Micromax (Q5 Q7) on 15 Nov but from 17 Nov my Micro max Q5 is not working when i disconnet the earphone its shwing the connecting still therfore i cannot take the call to take the call i have to on loadspeaker. and not change the profile.

i was surrender the phone to service centre in Neelam Flyover Service Centre Faridabad on 20 Nov 10 but service centre guys says its water damage and do not give any reciept and says still my computer is not working now. Service Centre guys attitude is very to all cutomers. All customer was sad to micromax and Service centre.

please repair & send the handset to me or refund my money so i can take the new mobile but not a Micro max any else.
