Dear sir/madam,

I arun y sawant (9820996646-arun_sawant1974@rediffmail.com) purchase micromax phone on 02/08 (gc 400) from

mumbai (vileparle) with bill and after 2 months i got some problem

regarding battery drainng and cdma network in the pc so i submit same

phone to micromax authorised chembur service center (M/S DYNAMIC

ENTERPRISES B-18 GURUDEV APARTMENT CHEMBUR-71) on 03/12. But As on

date i am not receiving my phone from last 7 months my warranty against

phone is goes in repairing period. Every time they are giving excuses

about the phone.

Please i request u to look in to this matter and u had any solution

about it then please reolve it. I also made complaint to micomax

customer care center but they are also giveing excusess.i very much fed

up of this this matter. Please see attached mail for the conversion with

micomax customer care center.
