Sir, I m Sandesh jain, i gave my mobile for repairing to samir telecoms, Bhajanpura as a micromax service centre dated 29.09.2010.

But today when i went there to get it so that service centre give me another person's mobile, but that time i did'nt know anything and when i reached home t tried to on this mobile but i could;nt do cos any other passward was there. After some time i receved call on that mobile and he told me that it is his mobile. after this i got everything.

So under the consumer protection Act, it is claimable offences from your side, another mobile owner also want to claim on you for this.

So you should be aware this.
