Poor service!

I have applied broadband internet connection in gummidi poondi exchange before 3 months. I have asked so many times but there is no response from them. They are telling me there is not stock of modem some line problem etc., if i complain any telephone line problem means they wont care about this. Because there is no person for asking question.

Very poor service!
