Bsnl prepaid
Deducting balance without reason

I am using BSNL prepaid service for the past 7 years bearing number 9440474395.last week on 30-05.2011 there occured a deduction of Rs.40 from my balance saying that i had activated mobile tv which I had never done. I immediately called the customercare & asked them to unsubscribe. I received a message that my number is unsubscribed from that nonsense. Today again I got a msg saying its been renewed n again Rs.40 is been deducted. Pls note that I have never subscribed for such things. So immediately credit the total of Rs.80 to my number 9440474395 at the earliest or else I'll move legally.
