BSNL / prepaid connection
Without giving any reason my outgoing calls are barred from 10 August

I want to inform you that my mobile no. is 9464005539 this no. is activated from last four years. Now without giving any reason my outgoing calls are barred from 10 August last month. So i have to phased many problems. i contacted with BSNL customer care many times and booked my complaint. My complaint no. is H11PB1850233. but no response is performed. Again i have submitted require documents and visited many times at BSNL local service center. but they don't give any response. Now i want to activate my outgoing calls immediately please healp me if there is any problem from my side then informed me.
