MNP Reliance to Airtel

Hai,

I have opt to switch my mobile service provider from Reliance (Postpaid) to Airtel (Prepaid), I have paid my last bill and generated Porting UPC code on 14 June and submitted the UPC along with docs in Airtel relationship centre-Bazullah road, Tnagar, Chennai and got the SIM. They told that the process will be over in next 7 working days. Next day i received a sms from 1901 that confirming my request, but still now there is no other updates, i dont know whom to contact for this.

My UPC is RT349353

If any other person have this same problem and know what to do please guide me also. is there is any option to sue them for this.
