Bal is not added

Dear sir my mobikwik bal is not added i have recharge with rs 72 on my a/c rameez_8@rediffmail.com on 16/12 through my icici debit card, my bank a/c bal. has been deducted but mobikwik bal is not added, plz help me and sort dis problem.
