Hi sir/madam,

Just to inform you that I purchased new Mobile from The Mobile store H-10/A, Ground Floor Main Market, Main Road, Kalkaji-110019 dated- 7th Feb.

Model Number- GT-E2120B.

But after two days from the date of mobile purchase my mobile getting hanged on every second call. I visited “ The mobile store” to get the phone replaced. The shopkeeper asked me to get this checked with Samsung services center and refused to replace the mobile which I had purchased two days back.

After several follow-up, I finally submitted the mobile to Samsung service center Nehru Place on 30th march-10. Work Order Number-WA09871018768

The service center executive said that your mobile will be repaired within two days. I went there after 2 days but that guy asked me to come after 4 days. I went again after 4 days, then they another time asked me to come after 4 days.

Now 15 days gone, still I had not got any status regarding my phone.

I am really very disappointed by this kind of behavior.

Pls help & get the issue resolved ASAP.
