I had purchased samsung mobile3310 in june after 3-4 months its buttons are not working properly, i gone to the samsung gallary in nerul, Sector-23, East. Navi Mumbai on 1.11.10, but till date they are not repairing only giving every time new date. sir i have to go from my residence to shop by sepending every time 28-30 rupee by auto, till date i visited more than six times and yet they are telling we are repairing it. my mobile no. 9967544137.
