My mobile is not working

Hi, I am Vikash Sinha bought mobile from Lucky communication, Gandhi road, Jharia- 828111, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. I purchased Ajanta A78 which is dual sim mobile but working only one sim card. When i used to talk with this Ajanta A78 then I am not able to talk with this system and all. I informed these problem on Lucky communication where iI bought tis mobile. But they just forward me to go service station. then I moved service station also there are no appropriate software to solve this problem. Now Please take action against this case.
