Complaint about Irregular Servcice

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that I have taken new Reliance GSM prepaid connection no. 8824623486 last three months.

There was cricket sms by default activated where as i do not activate this. I just want to unsubscribe I send many times msgs, also complaint about it but still not progress and your excutives does not response. That is why i omplaint to you.
