Vulgar SMS received

My cousin-sister is also getting vulgar messages from the number 9740984016. She doesn't want to be exposed as her father will blame her for the fault. We tried to warn that person by saying that we will give complaint to police and everything but he keeps sending messages.

This number needs to be announced as invalid and the person should be rejected further numbers.
