Charge more money in pulse rate than the offe

I mr ashok kumar pahil.my mobile no-9778252704. actually i get a connection from reliance communication since last 2yr.in last year i recharge rs.18 voucher in which the company give me a facility in 10pm to 6am per minute 10paise to other smart no, and the offer valid upto till august but in 12/02 i call a smart no 9778947675 from10.11pm to 10.47pm. according company offer rs3.60paise will be deducted but rs10.80paise will be deducted.so kindly check my complain and i hope company will give me yhe solution.
