Dear sir/madam,

I have use reliance pre-paid mobile connection since 7-8 year and my mobile No. is 9314207526.

I am going to convert my connection prepaid to post paid. your executive meet me at Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019 on 07th January and he was telling me to convert pre-paid to post-paid within 7 days and collect the money of Rs. 500/- but can not give any reciept. He was telling me this amount is adjust in your first bill. But he is not doing his work properly since 21.01.2011. I will take my money back to your executive Mr. Banwari Lal Bairwa he worked under your Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019.

I was meet 21.01.2011 to Mr. Prahalad he is a owner of Reliance Web World, situated at Opp. Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019 but they give nonresponsible and rood answer to me that "Such work never happend in Relience and use other option then Relience! " and I will go to number portability option.
