Unauthorized deduction by sms by airtel

Sir,

airtel sms dated 6/01 on 8:54p.m. from 543213 using words

"Thanks for choosing airtel radio. You have been charged Rs.30" from mob.9760454080 is very much astounding for the reason:

1) When did I choose your services and what sms did i give you for choosing the services?

2) When I have not consented for any of the services, how and why did you charge me for the so-called services?

3) This is not providing the services. You are looting your customer by way of these sms as stated above.

4) Who is the authority for deducting this money unauthorizedly?

5) You are hereby informed that you must stop these type of sms immediately.

6) For this captioned unlawful deduction you must restore the balance as soon as you receive this mail.

7) if you fail I will move to court for which you will be liable for expenses and damages incurred by me.

8) This may be deemed as a legal notice to you also.

9) Stop these unfair practices and looting the customers otherwise they may move to the other service providers.
