MOBILE RECHARGE
Not a valid recharge

I visited Reliance Super mart H.No.5-87-7, City Center Builiding, Opp. Union Bank of India, Laxmipuram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh for recharging my reliance mobile. I asked for a recharge of Reliance to Reliance free recharge. The shop keeping collected Rs.200 and made the recharge. But I came to know that only Rs.180 is updated and I am being charged for calls made to Reliance to Reliance. When I asked the shop keeper, he said he did not know anything about the recharging of mobiles. How a reputed firm can play with the monies of innocent public? After long persuation the man at the counter gave a receipt for the amount collected. The name of the sales terminal is mentioned in the receipt is Karuna Kumari Duvvati, a lady by name. But the person is a gent. It is surprising. Transaction ID:1227200919153406002, Transaction Date:12/27.
