Reliance Blackberry Service not active

Hello,

I am using Reliance GSM (Mumbai) circle from last two years. Last week (19.04.2012), I activated my Blackberry services plan with a recharge of Rs 398/- and it got activated in few seconds. But half an hour later, I received a message stating that your Blackberry services have been deactivated. Since then, I have called Reliance Blackberry customer care 7-8 times and everytime they tell me to wait for next 24 hours. Listening to this, I have been waiting for more than 5 days now but to no use.

I am on roaming and have missed many of my important mails due this technical problem. Also, customer care executives have no idea regarding this issue and they are saying to wait and wait only.

Neither are they refunding the money not they are activating the services. It is really very inconvenient and useless to use a Blackberry phone without internet services.
