Cheating by charging for services not requested

Vodafone and Airtel is cheating people by charging costumers for the services not requested. they would activate caller tune, jokes, MIC or any other service. and will stop 198 service on that phone number

After complaint they would not refund the money. saying either that u have requested for the service or that complaint should be made within 24 hrs or some other excuse.

there are 1000 s of such complaints all over India.

the only solution I see that every one should switch over to BSNL.
