Discennected the mobile so that outgoing calls cannot be made

I have recently purchased airtel sim card two months ago number 9790791965. Now I got a message that my connection is temporarily stopped for no submission of documents. I am not informed what document is required. The important point is that i am having Airtel landline numner in my office. The sudden disconnection has affected my business to a considerable extent.
