"BSNL introduces new mobile tariff in Rajasthan

Jaipur: State-run telecom company BSNL has introduced a new tariff plan offering a flat rate of 49 paise per minute for pre-paid customers anywhere in India on outgoing calls, SMS, and roaming.

For existing pre-paid customers, the receiving calls on roaming outside the state would be 49 paise per minute instead of Rs1.50 earlier, BSNL's deputy-general manager-marketing

(Rajasthan Circle) Sanjay Kumar said today."

Hello Sir,

In the above bsnl statement, you said that the out going & incoming call charges will be taken as 0.49 paise/min with out considering any STV or any other plans, but i charged 1 ruppee/min for the both incoming & out going calls when i was in roaming..

this thing is happen to me in b/w 12.05.10 to 16.05.10 because my STV 49 was expired. kindly sort out for my problem or take necessary action if there any fault occours.
