Sim hack and using by some one employee of relaince

my name is anil kumar from delhi, i have bought an mobile CDMA connection few months back from reliance mobile store lajpat nagar outlet of delhi, which is connection number is 9312049977, and i don't know how a employee of hacked my sim and using my sim, and threat to me give some money otherwise i shall may call to your mobile relative and friend and will may can abuse, or misbehave, i went to police station of pahar ganj but there is haven't got positive response and i have launched an voice complains to reliance but no repose after that guy said to me may u can complaint against anywhere but you will not got response from them my against, i know just that thing he is employee of reliance mobile store, sir i am feeling very help less because a mobile cell company s employee can with this my connection may he can hack my number, son please suggest me what should i do, i am already give complaint to reliance but no positive response
