Motorola battery model BT50
Spurious battery sold by service centre

I purchased 2 nos. Motorola BT 50 battery on 31/01 from TECHNIQUE SERVICES, 84A, Central Avenue, Kolkata-700012.(Phone no: 033-4007 1827 and Mob. no.: 98303 35150). Being a new battery, it cannot hold charge for the complete day and both the battery are same. I complained to the service centre and they replaced one no. in March. It is also old and used battery since the shape has already been deformed. I presume that this service centre is not genuin and they are cheating the consumer on behalf of MOTOROLA COMPANY. This Technique Services should be banned immediately by MOTOROLA.
