Rs. 55.00 Recharge coupen purchase for 300 SMS free But not working

I am having a BSNL prepaid mobile connection. & I have done Rs. 55.00 recharge on 11th December. Rs. 55.00 recharge coupen is including Rs. 20.00 talktime & 300 SMS for any network mobile for 30 days validity. On 21st December & 25th December I have send some SMS. But after sending SMS i checked my BSNL mobile balance. Approximately Rs. 20 to 25.00 deducted from balance.

The same matter i have conveyed to BSNL customer care regarding my complain 8 times (during 20th December to 8th January) but always they have replied that their data is not opening so we are helpless.

Till today I hav'nt get any positive reply from BSNL customer care regarding balance will be reimbursed.
