SIM not activated

Dear sir,

I want to put this information in front of you that how Brand of Company is being deemed by service provider/Dealer/Retailer. I have purchased a SIM of Idea on Dtd.11/11 but yet it has been not activated. I have visited five times to the Radhika Sales Bundu (Ranchi) but my problem is still same. My SIM No is 8991702004114908523. If I would have known about the poor service of IDEA then I would have never purchased the same.

Please look into this matter so that new one would not be frauded in future.
