MTNL & SBI Debit Card
Amount deducted but Bill still unpaid

While i was paying my MTNL bill of Rs1086.00 online, i went through entire procedure of filling and paying and then i click on pay button then there was a problem with loading page and there was some error displayed as i press back button it came back to filling information page. I checked my bill was still unpaid but the amount was decuted from my bank SBI account.
