Incorrect usage Bill from MTNL

Hi,

I want to launch a complaint against MTNLfor charging me extra for my Internet bill. I am using the MTNL phone and Internet for the last 5 years and haven't received my bill for more than 1000 Rs. But this month i have recieved my bill of more than 6000. I was shocked to see that bill and i really want to launch a complaint against this.
