Hi MTNL Dedicated Authirity,
I saw/listen add "MTNL hai to Sahi Hai" and fill-up form for my broadband connection. But my broadband connection maximum time down (around 10-15 days every months). I complain many times even high authority for this problem, but not improvement.
I want to know, why to many expense in add, when they don't want to retain there customer. If those amount add amount expense on customer care/technical support, no need to add. Customer will add for new connection.
MTNL official don't know happy customer is the best add compain for any business.
I want to know, they provide service and take charge for that, If broardband connection is down maximum time, in that case why I pay for particular time? Please suggest where can I complain for this cheat service.
