Broadband not working

Hi,

My name is Gurdeep Singh and I'm facing a problem with MTNL Broadand since so many months. My home phone number 011-25982049 is registered on my mother's name (Balvinder Kaur) and my broadband connection is not working. I've registered numerous complaints for the same but nothing has been done so far. My Broadband connection goes on-off on regular basis since 2 months and mutliple complaints have been lodged against it. Whenever I call the customer service, they say that it will be resolved with 24 hrs. I've called the MTNL Area Manager thrice, but still the problem persists. I've been paying them for the services which I'm not availing... Please advise...
