Broadband is not working from one month

My MTNL Broadband is not working from last 1 month sometime services are up and again goes down.

I try exchange JTO No 26914200 & 20593507 but never get proper response 26914200 & 20593507 .

I also online register complaint on i.e 103398 but still didnt get any revert today again i register new

complaint 104635 and waiting for the revert.

I m interested in fast resolution of my complaints so that i can do my important work.
