The phone is dead for the past 3 days. Complaint docket No. 7052 is pending for the past two days. No action by MTNL till now... Why is there such a deficiency in service? MTNL must reduce the monthly rental (for landline and broadband) accordingly: But WILL THEY DO THAT at least?
