Wrongly charged for value added services never used

I have been using mtnl since2008.recently ten days ago i received a message that i had activated some wap service by indiatimes which i never had.i contacted customer care who just held up the phone after being adamant that my complaint was ingenuine.but today again i received 2 messages that i had download two games for which 600rs were deducted at 6:17 in the morning.on contacting helpline they tell me balance is deducted on opening a message in your inbox.this is fraudulent n i want my balance restored
