I RECHARGED MY MOBILE ON 17TH APRIL. AND I SENT A MESSAGE TO MY FRIEND WHO IS ALSO USING MTNL CONNECTION (I M USING VIDARTHI YOJNA SCHEME IN WHICH U CAN SEND FREE UNLIMITED SMS AND DO CALLS FOR A MONTH ON MTNL LANDLINE AND MOBILES). I GOT DEDUCTION OF 5 RS. AND I CALLED UP SUM MTNL LOCAL LANDLINES NO. MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED AGAIN. AND I CALLED UP MTNL CUSTOMER CARE NO . HER/HIS IDENTIFICATION NO IS 22 AND THAT PERSON TALKED SO BADLY (HUM YAHA PAGAL BETE HAI ..ETC) AND THAT PERSON TRANSFERRED MY CALL TO MR. J.P. SINGH WHO MUST BE A SUPERVISIOR OR AT SUM SENIOR POST AND HE SPOKE IN SAME WAY, (STARTED WITH KAUN HAI... AND HUM SARKARI NAUKRI KARTE HAI NA KI PRIVATE AND HE ALREADY FOUND PROBLEM AT THEIR END BUT HE GAVE HIS NAME WITH SAYING JO UKAADNA HO UKAAD LIYO MERA) IS THIS A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO IS FACING A PROBLEM AND WHO IS SPENDING HARD EARN MONEY.
