MTNL BILL TO HIGH

Hello Sir/Madam

I have a telephone number 2164 we are resident of Mulund west. We have taken Triband 199 plan connection since 3 years and each month we receive bill of amount RS 500 to 1000.

In previous month we received a bill amount costing Rs 3000, its showing an error, i have send details for clarification with MNTL but didnt got any reply.

Please help me in getting my correct bill & also call details as soon as possible.
