Excess charges added in the bill

Hi,

My no is 011-25260520 i was charged of Rs 500 as installation charges of VOIP which was never installed at our place and due to non payment my phone was disconnected due to which we were forced to pay the whole bill.

I am been chasing all MTNL officials from the last 2 years.

Taking few steps and then they dissappear like anything and still my bill is not adjusted.
