The Customer Care is very rude and unhelpful

To start with, the service itself is pretty bad in terms of charges. They dont have clear rate plans and the places where they do have it, its not implemented.

I have tried to call the customer care plenty of times, and have often found them unwilling to help. On one occasion the executive virtually forced me to end the conservation without providing the required information!! She even frowned at me for being able to recall, what was my exact balance when they decided to deduct my balance for no rhyme or reason. When I gave her an estimate, she was rude and said that i was being unhelpful. Then she decided that she had given me the required information and hung up on me!!

These folks @ Airtel, Bangalore suck.
