In-spite of above complaint my query is still not addressed..

Problem: Since last 1 week my internet download speed has drastically

reduced from 250kbps to 30 kbps..Even Youtube videos are not opening..

Your customer care service is pathetic & they are of no help... Your

customer service agents dont even have the proper manners to speak with

the customer they are roud & load..Since last 1 week iam following up

but no response, even with local manpada exchange..

As a customer I feel cheated due to ur false claims as advertised about 320 kbps & getting peanuts like speed...
