Landline not working from last one month

Respected Sir/Ma'am

I am hearby compiled to complaint about my MTNL landline (No-22482765)- there is no dial tone in my phone. Sir my phone is not working from 18/03, I already complaint about this and few days back a maintenance man came and he told that the connecting port is not working properly but he asked me to pay for this. I can not pay him anything at that time my phone is working but after 2 hours it again stops working. Please help me regarding this and reply me positively.
