One message was received on my mobile No. 9868434789 from 52585/52585020 that Your Dolphin vault subscription is renewed now at Rs. 20 for 30 days. I were nothing replied regarding activate that message. But, Rs. 20X6 (Rs. 120) was deducted from my balance. Such type of cases have been happened on Feb March April. June July and August. I have complaint in written to the Branch Manage, Idgah, Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 03.03.2011. The complaint letter was handed over to an employee of that branch whose name is Shri Rajbir Singh. Another complaints have been registered on the MTNL's Customer Care (complaints No. are 269166 on June, 285688 on 29.07.2011 and 300692 on 26.08.2011) to deactivate this service and deducted amount should refund.

I am requested that this matter may sort out very soon and deducted amount may be refunded.
