My MTNL tel.#25896491 is dead since 06Nov'11. I have lodged complain to 25892198 & received complaint# 719 dt.07 Nov'11 & complain at dotpg cell at 2335666 on 08-11, 11-11 & 14-11 & received complaint nos. B-15, E-322 & C-165 respectively. On Nov15' 2011 I visit to Tel. Exchange/Sanchar Haat & lodged complaint. My phone is dead till now i.e. 17 Nov'11.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
