Prepaid mobile recharge not done.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Kamalendu Mukherjee had done a recharge of Rs 200 from my CITIBank Credit Card on my MTNL Mobile Number (9757178552) and yet I didnt get any recharge amount. My credit card is debited by Rs 200 and I still not get the recharge amount on my mobile number.
