This complaint is against MTNL Rabale office. our service was dissconect due bill payment on time issue. after submitting a bill. they supposed to start services. but i got lot of trouble for that. our nor comes in Airoli section. so when i call to Rabale Mtnl the first caller was a lady who pick up phone & continue speaking with her collleague. after some time i dissconnect phone & Tried after some time. i got a no of mr. Kadam who spoke with me so rudely they dont know how to handle customer. i experienced this thing lot of time.
