My self AMAR KASHYAP my mobile no is 9868855213. This is providing in jeevan sathi zero rental plan scheme. I had submitted my last bill amount Rs-280 on dated 01/11and still i m not using this no but next bill generated including with last bill amount plus fix charge.pls i request do my help

and correct my bill
